Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final At Lalid. We operate on a specialised, made-to-order model. This means that we do not hold inventory or stock in a warehouse. Every single item in the Void Collection is manufactured by our third-party partners specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of the custom nature of this production process, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect sizing selection.

Please ensure you review the size charts and product descriptions carefully before confirming your purchase.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. While we do not offer refunds for non-defective items, we stand by the quality of our products.

If your item arrives:

  1. Defective or damaged.

  2. With a printing error.

  3. Different from what you ordered (wrong item sent).

Please contact us immediately at Lalid.store@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue.

  • Requirement: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Evidence: Please include high-quality photos of the defect and your order number in your email.

  • Resolution: If the defect is validated, we will issue a free replacement immediately. We generally do not require you to return the defective item.

Exchanges We do not accept exchanges. Since we do not hold stock, we cannot swap one size for another. If you ordered the wrong size, you would need to place a new order for the correct size.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Note to EU/UK customers: While standard laws usually allow a 14-day cooling-off period, the law provides an exception for goods that are "made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised." As our goods are made-to-order upon your specific request, they fall under this exemption, and the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.

Lost Packages We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked them as "Delivered." If your tracking says delivered but you do not have the item, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Chargebacks Falsely claiming an item was not received or is defective in order to bypass this No Refund Policy is considered fraud. We have robust systems in place to contest fraudulent chargebacks with banks, including proof of delivery and IP address verification.
