Shipping Policy

Over view

Overview At Lalid, we operate on a made-to-order model. This means we do not hold inventory in a warehouse. Instead, every piece of the Void Collection is manufactured specifically for you once your order is placed. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste.

Because of this, your delivery time is calculated in two parts: Production Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery

Production and Processing time

Before your order is shipped, it must be printed and quality-checked by our manufacturing partners.

  • Standard Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your items to be created.

  • High Volume Periods: During new collection drops (like the Void launch) or holidays, production times may extend slightly due to high demand.

Shipping Policy

Once your item is manufactured, it will be shipped to you. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • United Kingdom: [2–3] business days after production.

  • USA & Europe: [2–5] business days after production.

  • Rest of World: [2–5] business days after production.

Please note: These are estimates provided by the carriers. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Order Tracking

​

As soon as your order leaves the production facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.

International Shipping & Customs

​

We ship globally. However, if you are ordering from outside the UK or USA, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by your local customs authority.

  • Lalid is not responsible for these fees.

  • We cannot predict or control these charges.

  • If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, we cannot refund your shipping costs.

Incorrect Addresses

​

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Because our system is automated with our manufacturing partners, we are often unable to change an address once the order is placed.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

​

Lalid is not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. If your tracking says delivered but you don't have it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building manager.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier (Royal Mail, USPS, DHL, etc.) directly to file a claim.
